PRAD Group was chosen for the engineering portion of this three-phase project. Phase I was a 42 story corporate office building, 13-story parking deck and a hotel consisting of 300 rooms.
Phase II consisted of the design of a 68 story office building. Phase III involved the design of a 20-story office building with a 40,000 SF addition to an existing AT & T building and a 13-story parking deck.
The design involved the cost effectiveness and feasibility study of a central plant for each individual building versus one central plant with adequate metering and control to meet the requirements of all the buildings. This intensive study took almost four months.
